When using Pokayoke Tool Setting Software
・Wireless torque wrench CSPFHW Series
・Wireless torque wrenches equipped with the “T-FH” transmitter
will not communicate with “R-CM” Receivers when the wireless communication format is set to “R-CM(M-FH).
As this software is used when setting up connections, there will be no impact if the connection between the torque wrench and the receiver has already been established.

The SCL-MH series of European type interchangeable head adjustable torque wrenches with knurled grip (8 models) and the SCSP-MH series of interchangeable head preset torque wrenches (8 models) are now available.
The CES series of compact interchangeable head digital torque wrenches is equipped to detect tightening abnormalities.
Monitors torque and angle to detect tightening abnormalities such as scuffing, missing parts, missed tightening (or double tightening), and O-ring nibbling, to prevent the delivery of defective products to clients.
The optional Bluetooth Expansion Module (M-CES-BT) for the CES series now conforms to the technical standards of more countries and can be used in more of them (see below).
As of July 2023, conforms to the technical standards of Japan, the USA, Canada, the EU, China, Thailand, India, and Singapore. Can also be used in Mexico and Vietnam.

Designed for tightening work on fragile apparatus, such as plastic parts and sensors, as well as for the assembly and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, inspection instruments and peripheral devices, the CES/CES-G series of compact digital torque wrenches have a measurement torque range of 0.5 to 10 N・m. The “QSPCA series” rotary slip-type preset torque wrench, which prevents overtorque by idling with a Click! when the set torque is reached, has sold more than 10,000 units.
We launched the QSPCA series in January 2011, and we also added QSPCAMS/QSPCALS or wire(d) pokayoke (error-proofing) preventing human tightening errors through tightening count control, and QSPCAFHP/QSPCAFHLSM for wireless pokayoke (error-proofing).
We have released the “DOTCL10N” calibration kit for the digital torque wrench tester “DOTE10N4-G”.

Marking torque wrenches automatically leave a mark on the heads of bolts and make a clicking sound at the same time when the set torque is reached. The mark is evidence that tightening achieved the set torque.
This prevents technicians from erroneously marking bolts without giving them a final tightening, and helps explain why many companies now use Tohnichi’s marking tools.
MPCL and MCSP torque wrenches mark nuts and bolts during tightening operations. Illustrations on their product pages have been added to demonstrate marking hex bolts.
If the socket lengths of MPQL or MQSP are too long for tightening a hex bolt, you may be able to use the MPCL or MCSP instead.

ISO 6789 is the international standard that defines requirements and testing methods for hand torque tools.
Starting January 2022, Tohnichi Manufacturing is shipping products that are compliant with ISO 6789:2017.

1) As a general rule, products manufactured in and after January 2022 come with a Calibration Certificate that states compliance with ISO 6789:2017. Products not in compliance with ISO 6789:2017 will come with the same Calibration Certificates as before.

The series has two models: just pull the trigger for fully automatic tightening, from 2 to 10 N・m.
The built-in torque sensor and angle sensor can detect double tightening and other tightening abnormalities.
There is no need for a dedicated controller -- the tightening torque upper and lower limits and angle can be set using the key-in function on the body, or through Bluetooth® connectivity.
Battery-operated fully automatic torque driver PTA-BT/PTA-G-BT series models are now available for purchase.
The Tohnichi-developed MPCL series of marking type pre-lock torque wrenches (with torque scale) is designed to prevent missed tightening. Wrenches will automatically mark the corner of nuts (or bolts) when the set tightening torque is reached. The series went on sale on May 21, 2021.
There are three models in the series lineup, offering a range of tightening torque from 10 to 140 N・m, with ±3% precision. For bolt diameters ranging from around M8 to M16.

FHM wireless error-proofing torque wrenches, QSPFHM rotary slip wireless error-proofing torque wrenches, R-CM wireless receivers with interchangeable modules and M-FH receiver modules, and the SB-FH2 setting controller are now compliant with Brazilian wireless technology standards (ANATEL) and can be used in Brazil.
A clicking sound is heard when set torque is achieved and, at the same time, tightening torque data is transmitted wirelessly from the torque wrench.
FD/FDD and FDD-AD models allow users to confirm tightening pass/fail judgments with an LED on the wrench handle, and are now compliant with and usable under Singaporean wireless technology standards (IMDA).
The FDD model is equipped with double tightening detection, while the FDD-AD improves tightening reliability by performing advanced pass/fail judgment based on angle and torque.

The transmitter is the downwardly compatible successor to the FH256MC series of wireless Pokayoke torque wrenches, which set the global standard after arriving on the market in 2008.
The new series controls the number of tightening operations to prevent missed tightening. The FHM uses New Telecommunication Mode to extend data transfer distance.
The very welcome battery voltage monitor helps prevent shutdown.
Battery life is 25% longer than that for the older T-FH256MC transmitter.

The R-CM is the downwardly compatible successor to the wireless Pokayoke (error proofing) R-FH256 receiver, which has been a success ever since it arrived on the market in 2008.
