Effective in preventing human tightening errors (Pokayoke).
When the set torque is reached, the wrench automatically leaves a mark on nuts (bolts) to provide evidence of proper tightening.
Conventionally, the tightening and marking procedure is a two step process: (1) Tighten with a torque wrench; then (2) Make a mark with a pen. Devices in this series prevent a mark from being made if tightening was forgotten.
Evidence that the set torque was reached during tightening remains visible for later work and after your products are shipped to market.

Main improvements
(a) N2 models (SP19N2X10-MH, etc.) have an adjusting tool for QSP3 (Nos. 930 & 931), to facilitate torque adjustments without removing the grip end cap.
(b) The pre-lock mechanism eliminates the need for manual locking.
(No longer necessary to tighten thrust ring bolts after adjusting torque. This reduces workload and boosts reliability.)
