Calibration Kit

A calibration kit is required to calibrate a tester or torque measurement device. Calibration kit manuals have been released for your use.
If you attend a Tohnichi Torque Engineering Seminar, or relevant workshop, you will acquire the required knowledge and skill to perform calibrations, and if you have a calibration kit for your torque wrench tester and perform the calibration with sufficient control and operational expertise, you should basically be able to perform calibrations yourself.

[2018 Version] “Not a single human tightening error, even after about 1.5 million tightening operations!” So said one customer, typical of many, about two and a half years after installing Tohnichi’s Tightening Guarantee System. Tohnichi Torque Devices for Aviation Industries
This catalog and price list presents a wide selection of torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers and other instruments that conform to the Imperial (American) system of measurement, which is often used in aerospace industries. Japan’s Measurement Law requires that SI (metric) units be used in Japan, but allows for some exceptions permitting the use of the Imperial system, including for the manufacture of aircraft. Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has given Tohnichi blanket approval to use the Imperial system for more than 600 types of products.
