Attachment for TCF
Attachment for fixed torque sensor TCF. We supply test pieces for nut runner calibrations and performance tests, drill chucks, and table attachments.
Torque Indicator
Can display tightening torque on fixed torque sensors, rotary torque sensors, and torque sensors built into torque wrenches and nut runners.
Torque Verification Equipment
This lineup includes a R-CM receiver for wireless torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers equipped with Pokayoke (error-proofing) tightening count management to prevent human tightening errors. The receiver includes other optional pieces of equipment, such as the CNA-4mk3 Pokayoke count checker and the Bluetooth®-equipped R-BT receiver.
Data Processing Equipment
This lineup includes the following: the TPC/TPC2 protocol converter to connect Tohnichi products to systems that have other configured protocols; the TDMS/TDMSHT package software to simplify data entry, prevent entry errors and conveniently manage tightening inspection data; infrared data receivers and printers; and tightening data management systems.
Torque Attachment
This lineup includes DECA2/DECA torque multipliers (with calibration certificates) that multiply the entered torque by 10 and ratchet adapters that facilitate ratchet positioning on a torque wrench tester.
