Capable of managing both wired and wireless (Bluetooth®) tightening data.
Use Excel® on your computer to manage data received via DtRcv (Data Receiver).
DtRcv has been added to [Software] on the lower part of the Bluetooth-enabled product page.
Compatible types:
The following also can be used: STC2-G (-BT), ST3-G (-BT) , and PTA-G-BT.
Use for communication confirmation and easy data management.
Product versions TDMS-E/ and TDMSHT-E are also available.
Marking torque wrenches automatically leave a mark on the heads of bolts and make a clicking sound at the same time when the set torque is reached. The mark is evidence that tightening achieved the set torque.
This prevents technicians from erroneously marking bolts without giving them a final tightening, and helps explain why many companies now use Tohnichi’s marking tools.
MPCL and MCSP torque wrenches mark nuts and bolts during tightening operations. Illustrations on their product pages have been added to demonstrate marking hex bolts.
If the socket lengths of MPQL or MQSP are too long for tightening a hex bolt, you may be able to use the MPCL or MCSP instead.

Marking torque wrenches automatically leave a mark when the set torque is reached with a “Click!” sound as evidence of tightening to the specified torque.
Tohnichi Manufacturing has released easy-to-understand operating animations that explain how markings are made regarding the marking mechanism of marking torque wrenches on the following five product pages.
・Pre-lock/Preset marking torque wrench for hex bolts MPQL/MQL
・Preset marking torque wrench for hex boltsMQSP
・Preset marking torque wrench for hex socket head boltsCMQSP
・Open-end interchangeable head preset marking torque wrench MCSP
・Open-end interchangeable head pre-lock marking torque wrench MPCL
Its resolution is 50 times greater than that of the current model (the TT2000).
You can now measure the axial force of bolts with a short tightening length (bolts that are difficult to elongate).
Tohnichi has newly released software for its TT3000 Ultrasonic Tightening Tester (ultrasonic bolt tension meter).
【Software Overview】
・ Bidirectional Communication (USB/Ethernet) between the TT3000 and a computer, allowing the user to manage data on their computer.
・ Easy data migration from the current TT2000 model.
To transfer data, simply import the TT2000 measurement condition setting into the TT3000.
(Only compatible data are transferred.)
Other improvements have also been made.
For further details, refer to the User’s Manual included in the software.
Our Online Parts Search System has been updated.
Use the system also for ordering parts required to repair Tohnichi torque devices such as a torque screwdriver, torque wrench, torque gauge and torque meter.

On January 21, 2022, Tohnichi launched the TT3000, the advanced successor to the TT2000 ultrasonic tightening tester (ultrasonic bolt tension meter).
[Applications]
• Bolt axial tension testing. • Measurement of time-dependent changes (loosening).
• Determination of optimum tightening torque during trial manufacturing and development.
[Features]
• High resolution. Time resolution is 0.1ns, which is 50 times greater than the TT2000.
• Full touch panel. Icons, menu bar, and caption displays enable intuitive operation.

ISO 6789 is the international standard that defines requirements and testing methods for hand torque tools.
Starting January 2022, Tohnichi Manufacturing is shipping products that are compliant with ISO 6789:2017.
[Features]
1) As a general rule, products manufactured in and after January 2022 come with a Calibration Certificate that states compliance with ISO 6789:2017. Products not in compliance with ISO 6789:2017 will come with the same Calibration Certificates as before.
2) The Calibration Certificates will be different.
3) Torque ranges and models will change for some products.
