Tohnichi launched the DOTE4/DOTE4-G and the DOTE4-MD2/DOTE4-G-MD2 digital torque wrench testers on November 21, 2017.

• Pass/Fail Judgment: The LCD color display makes it easy to verify whether measurement readings are within set parameters.

• High precision: One digit (= one scale mark) has been reduced to one-half that of the DOTE3/DOTE3-G series testers.

• Excellent data memory: Up to 1,000 units of data can be stored in the memory — that’s 10 times more than for previous models.

• Greater task efficiency:

　The new DOTE4-MD2 and DOTE4-G-MD2 have a motor drive loading device.

• Models with a JCSS Calibration Certificate and a statement of calibration uncertainty have also joined Tohnichi’s product lineup.

Now available: T-FHP wireless pokayoke (error-proofing) transmitter for compact torque wrenches.

Up until now the 0.4 to 15N･m torque range was only for wired MS-type compact pokayoke (error-proofing) torque wrenches, but the T-FHP makes compact wireless pokayoke torque wrenches possible as well.

The receiver and setting controller can also be used for the FH256MC series of torque wrenches, minimizing the additional cost of adopting the T-FHP system.

In addition, the T-FHP lets you build a pokayoke system to prevent human tightening errors while using different wireless pokayoke torque devices during tasks ranging from small screws to large bolts. The different devices that can be used during the same task include: RTDFH / RNTDFH wireless pokayoke torque screwdrivers, QSPFH interchangeable head type preset wireless pokayoke torque wrench, PQLFHP pre-lock type wireless pokayoke torque wrench, and QSPCAFHP rotary slip wireless pokayoke torque wrench.

[New Information]

1) The search system now also includes: new products (MCSP series marking torque wrenches for tightening and loosening nuts), upgraded devices (AP2 series fully automatic torque wrenches, and the MC2 series multiple units [nutrunners]).

2) It is now easier to select products in either metric units or Imperial (American) units.

Use the system also for ordering parts required to repair Tohnichi torque devices such as a torque screwdriver, torque wrench, torque gauge and torque meter.

The AP series of fully automatic Airtorks that fully automate torque control when tightening large bolts is now the AP2 series, the MC series of multiple units for automatic tightening machines is now the MC2 series, and durability for both has been improved.

The MCSP series of interchangeable open end head marking wrenches for nuts can now support socket head bolts (cap screws) using a "specialized interchangeable head" for custom modified orders.
