Air motor mounted on torque wrench allows for all functions from provisional tightening to final tightening in one tool. On May 21, 2024, A10N3 and ALS10N3 were upgraded to the lighter, more compact A10N4 and ALS10N4, while A25N3 and ALS25N3 were similarly upgraded to the A25N4 and ALS25N4.

Application

For assembly and mass-production.

Features

The A3 series semi-automatic Airtork can be used with anti-vibration sockets for impact wrenches. This reduces vibrations during turning, and improves work efficiency.
Replaces conventional two-step tightening process with one tool in great efficiency.
Provisional tightening is applied using the air motor operation, and completed in high accuracy by manual torque wrench operation.
Final tightening is done with the torque wrench, so fluctuations in air pressure will not affect applied tightening torque.
Changing tightening torque is simple: just turn the knob to adjust the N•m scale.
Easy calibration with torque wrench tester
LS version comes with limit switch. Thich creates error-proofing (Pokayoke) system when used with CNA-4mk3 count checker (sold separately).
Except for some products, the A3/ALS3 series are compliant with ISO 6789:2017 starting January 2022. For more information, see the technical data “Initiatives for ISO 6789:2017” at the bottom of the screen.
