The FHM/FH series was integrated with the T-FHP series in March 2024, becoming the FH series. It supports wireless Pokayoke (error proofing) torque wrenches ranging from 0.3 N・m to 420 N・m. The button battery-powered compact T-FHPM/T-FHLS transmitter now offers significantly greater wireless communication range and longer battery life.

HCPWFH230 wireless Pokayoke (error-proofing) hose clip pliers, which permit hose clips to be attached and detached wirelessly, can be custom modified upon order.

■ FH series of wireless Pokayoke (error-proofing) torque wrenches has been upgraded

All models can now support new mode, with improved communication functionality.

(Use of the older R-FH256 receiver is restricted to the older mode.)

The upgrade lets you switch between new and old communication modes using only the transmitter.

A red circle identifies products manufactured since the upgrades.

The compact T-FHP and T-FHSLS256 transmitters have been upgraded, with names changed to T-FHPM and T-FHLS, respectively, and their labels have also changed.

  • Prevents human tightening errors (Pokayoke)

Features

  • T-FH, T-FHPM, and T-FHLS all have a wireless communication range of about 20 to 30 meters (when in new communication mode). Button battery-powered compact T-FHPM/T-FHLS transmitters also support new communication mode.
  • Battery life has been significantly improved: 650,000 shots for T-FH, and 300,000 to 550,000 shots for T-FHPM/T-FHLS.
  • Can monitor transmitter battery voltage. Alerts when voltage drops below set voltage (only when operated in new communication mode).
  • The recent upgrade has added a maintenance alert function to the T-FHPM and T-FHLS. When the number you have set is reached, it alerts you it is time for a periodic calibration, etc.
  • T-FH and T-FHPM/T-FHLS let you change to older communication mode using an R-CM receiver or SB-FH2 wireless setting box. Even the R-FH256MC receiver, which was formerly used with the FH256MC transmitter, can receive signals. The recent upgrade lets you use the transmitter switch to check communication mode and switch between old and new modes.
  • Upon reaching the set torque, a completion signal is transmitted by radio wave.
  • Wireless wrench eliminates space limitations.
  • Uses answerback system for operator to verify communication status.
  • The T-FHLS is compact and offers excellent workability. Easy to convert from an LS torque wrench.
  • Using just the R-CM receiver (sold separately) makes it possible to manage the number of tightening times for a single torque wrench, taking advantage of the Pokayoke (error proofing) system to prevent missed tightening.
  • Connect an IO-CM expansion box to an R-CM receiver (sold separately) to identify the IDs of up to eight torque wrenches using just one receiver.

  • The QSPFH is pre-set, so torque cannot be set without a tester.
