The QSPCAFHP and QSPCAFHLSM series were integrated in March 2024 to create the QSPCAFH series of torque wrenches with “triple no problem” design to prevent insufficient tightening, overtightening, and human tightening errors. Battery life has improved significantly, and wireless communication range is greater than that of the older QSPCAFHP. Compatible with rotary slip wireless Pokayoke (error proofing) torque wrenches ranging from 2 N・m to 70 N・m.

Application

  • Pokayoke system to prevent under-tightening, over-tightening and missed tightening

Features

  • QSPCAFHP and QSPCAFHLSM were upgraded to QSPCAFH in March 2024.
  • QSPCAFH has a wireless communication range of about 20 to 30 meters (when in new communication mode).
  • QSPCAFH can monitor transmitter battery voltage. Alerts when voltage drops below set voltage (only when operated in new communication mode).
  • The recent upgrade to the QSPCAFH has added a maintenance alert function. When the number you have set is reached, it alerts you it is time for a periodic calibration, etc.
  • QSPCAFH battery life has been significantly increased, from the previous 300,000 shots to 550,000.
  • When set torque is reached, rotary slip occurs and a tightened-to-completion radio signal is transmitted. The system is cordless, greatly increasing workability.
  • One R-CM receiver can check the IDs of up to four torque wrenches. When connected to the CNA-4mk3 Count Checker (Poka Patrol), it is easy to build a Pokayoke (error proofing) system.

  • The QSPCAFH is pre-set, so torque cannot be set without a tester.
