Rotary Slip

Preset torque screwdriver with rotary-slip mechanism to prevent over-tightening.

The RNTD series is equipped with Tohnichi’s own toggle mechanism for torque control.

Application

Used for repeated preset torque tightening during mass production and maintenance.

Same features as RTD except designed for tightening small screws.
Preset style.
Enhanced reliability and durability by adopting toggle clutch torque mechanism.
RTD is designed to ratchet freely after reaching the set torque to prevent applying over-torque.
Preset style is ideal for applications which requires the same torque value on the line.
RNTD500CN comes with an auxiliary handle.
Counterclockwise tightening model available upon request. Please contact us.

Specify Tohnichi, model name and torque value.

◆ Things to remember when ordering

RNTD is preset, so you cannot set torque without a tester. If you prefer torque setting prior to delivery, indicate torque value when you place the order. Torque setting before delivery is free of charge.

Standard bits on the market can be used. (6.35 HEX)
