Please note that these suspicious emails are not associated with our company in any way.

The main characteristics of the fraudulent emails identified to date are as follows:

■ Characteristics of Identified Fraudulent Emails

Sender’s email address: The emails are sent from free email accounts (e.g., ~@outlook.com, etc.).

Displayed sender name: The displayed sender name claims to be one of our employees or our company (or one of our affiliate companies).

Email content: The emails claim that the requested information is required “to improve the efficiency of future business communications” or for similar reasons. They then urgently request that recipients provide personal chat application or social media account information, such as QR codes or account IDs.

■ Important Notice and Request

Neither our company nor any of our group companies will ever request personal chat application or social media account information, including QR codes, via email for business communication purposes.

If you receive a suspicious email of this nature, please do not reply under any circumstances. These emails may be attempts to obtain personal information or distribute malware. Please delete them immediately.

We remain committed to strengthening our information security measures. We ask our customers and all relevant parties to remain vigilant and exercise caution regarding these fraudulent emails.
